Operational Guidelines

Read carefully and adhere to all protocols mentioned below to ensure smooth convoy operations.

Authority & Discipline

  • CC members hold full operational authority during convoy activities.
  • All participants are expected to follow CC instructions promptly and without delay.
  • The CC Leader’s decisions are final throughout the convoy.

Professional Conduct

  • All CC members must maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect at all times.
  • Any form of argument, trolling, misconduct, or misuse of authority is strictly prohibited.

Communication Protocol

  • Active presence in Discord voice communication is mandatory during convoys.
  • Communication must be clear, concise, and purposeful—unnecessary chatter should be avoided.
  • Priority transmissions must not be interrupted under any circumstances.

Role & Position Responsibility

  • CC members must strictly adhere to their assigned roles and positions.
  • Role changes or position adjustments must only be made with approval from the CC Leader.

Convoy Safety Management

  • Ensure consistent speed, safe spacing, and proper lane discipline at all times.
  • Overtaking is strictly prohibited unless explicitly instructed.
  • Effectively manage intersections, traffic flow, and potential hazard zones.

Rule Enforcement

  • Address rule violations with appropriate warnings.
  • Repeated or serious violations must be escalated to event management or administrators.
  • Maintain composure—conflicts must be handled professionally without escalation.

Preparation & Punctuality

  • CC members are required to report at least 15–20 minutes prior to convoy start time.
  • Ensure readiness, including vehicle condition, fuel, route awareness, and communication setup.

Emergency Handling

  • In the event of accidents, lag, or disruptions: remain calm and take immediate control of the situation.
  • Assist affected drivers in safely rejoining the convoy.
  • Report all incidents promptly to the CC Leader.

Team Coordination

  • Operate as a cohesive unit with continuous coordination between CC members.
  • Provide support to fellow CC members whenever necessary to maintain convoy integrity.

Activity & Commitment

  • Consistent participation in convoy operations is expected.
  • Any unavailability must be communicated in advance.

Knowledge & Compliance

  • All CC members must possess a clear understanding of TruckersMP rules and standard convoy procedures.
  • Compliance with both server regulations and VTC-specific guidelines is mandatory.

Integrity & Responsibility

  • The CC role is a position of responsibility, not authority for personal gain.
  • Any misuse of power or failure to uphold standards will result in disciplinary action, including possible removal.
