Pre-Convoy
- Join Discord 15–20 mins early.
- Supervisor confirms route, time, plan.
- CC Leader: Assigns positions, briefs speed/rules.
- All CC: Fuel, repair, prepare truck. Stay ready in assigned positions.

Assembly
- Park convoy in order.
- CC manage line formation and direct late joiners to the rear.
- Keep the area clear and organized.

Start / Departure
- Only CC Leader gives the move command.
- Convoy moves slow and controlled.
- CC block intersections if needed and ensure smooth exit.

During Convoy
- Maintain speed, distance, and lane discipline.
- CC control traffic & junctions.
- Give clear updates (short calls).
- Keep convoy together (no splits).

Communication Rules
- Speak only when needed with short, clear messages (e.g. “Slow down”, “Stop”, “Clear”).
- Follow command chain: Supervisor → CC Leader → CC.

Incident Handling
- If accident/issue: Nearest CC handles it, moves truck aside safely, informs CC Leader.
- If convoy splits: Rear CC controls back group, CC Leader decides next action.

Arrival / Post-Convoy
- CC Leader manages a smooth and controlled arrival.
- No parking control is required by CC members.
- CC team will regroup and stand at the designated post-convoy area organizedly.
- Maintain discipline until convoy is officially concluded.
